Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original protective dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all authentic designer tags remain attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
